Waitan Chinese Restaurant Sussex Street Sydney
The project involved the complete fit out of two floors (levels 1 and 2) of the building at 405 Sussex Street to create a new Chinese Restaurant with full commercial cooking and private cooking areas.

139 Murray Street in Pyrmont is a 5 storey heritage commercial building built in 1888, located at the gateway to Darling Harbour and close to the CBD.
ISE was engaged by Tepcorp Holdings to provide full design of Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Services and systems for the redevelopment of the Heritage site into a 90 room Boutique Hotel.
The building is a complex services solution with many of the existing structural attributes remaining exposed to view.
Construction was commenced in July 2012.

The Heritage Park Hotel Project opened in August 2009 on the former historical site of the Governor General’s residence in the centre of Honiara.
Its design blends with the aestetic cultural heritage of the site to recreate a contemporary and graceful building, set in 5 acres of prime waterfront land and private park.
ISE was engaged to provide full design of Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Services for the new Conference Facility and twelve Studio Apartments at the Heritage Park Hotel.
